Payment Plan orders are non-refundable.
Payments will be collected on the 1st of each month from March 1st up to June 1st.
If a payment fails to be collected on the 1st of the month you will have 48 hours to update your payment details and make the payment.
In order to update the payment details on your payment plan, you will need to log into your Universe account here, navigate to the 'My Tickets' page, click the 'view payment plan' button and then update your payment details at the bottom of the page.
If payment has not been made by 2pm GMT on the 3rd of each month when a payment is due, then tickets will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued for previous payments.
